Welcome to Charlotte Eloise, born this afternoon, October 18th, 2011 at 1:55 P.M. at her grandmother's house on Pensacola Beach.  Her proud parents, who caught her in the Birth Tub, are Anna and Stephen, and she joins big sisters, Georgia, and Clara.  Charlotte weighed 7 pounds 3 ounces and was 20 inches long.  Great job Anna and Stephen!!
