We welcome Arthur Randolph, son of Andrea Gibbons and Adrian Head, born on Friday, November 15th, 2013 at 4:55 P.M. at their home in Pensacola, Florida.  Arthur weighed 9 pounds 0 ounces and was 21 1/3 inches long!  His mama and daddy worked very hard to get him here, and he is precious.  Arthur is welcomed by his big sister, Samantha.
