Welcome to Ruth Olivia, daughter of Rebecca and Joshua Florence, born on Thursday, August 15th, 2013 at 3:41 P.M. at Sacred Heart Hospital.  Ruth weighed 6 pounds 7.7 ounces and was 19 1/4 inches in length.  She is welcome by her big sister, Abigail.
